Welcome to Fee Biss Art ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of artwork, prints and other products from Fee Bee Art, owned and operated by Fiona Bissett.

By purchasing from this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Fee Biss Art

Fee Biss Art is an Australian business creating and selling original artworks, prints and selected art-related products.

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

2. Product Information

Every effort is made to accurately display artwork colours, textures and details.

Please note:

  • Colours may vary between computer monitors and mobile devices.

  • Original artworks are individually hand-created and may include natural variations.

  • Measurements are approximate.

  • Framing shown in images may be for display purposes unless otherwise specified.

3. Orders

Once an order is placed you will receive an order confirmation.

We reserve the right to:

  • refuse or cancel an order

  • correct pricing errors

  • limit quantities

  • cancel orders where payment cannot be verified.

If your order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.

4. Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice.

Prices do not include shipping unless stated.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local fees charged by their country.

5. Payment

Payment is required in full before any artwork is dispatched.

We accept payment using the payment methods stated on invoice.

Orders will not be shipped until payment has cleared.

6. Shipping

Australia

Artwork is shipped Australia-wide using Australia Post or reputable courier services.

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.

International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.

The purchaser is responsible for:

  • customs duties

  • import taxes

  • quarantine charges

  • brokerage fees

  • any additional charges imposed by their country.

Fee Biss Art is not responsible for delays caused by customs or international postal services.

7. Shipping Damage

All artwork is carefully packaged to minimise the risk of damage during transit.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • provide photographs of:

    • the packaging

    • shipping label

    • damaged artwork.

We will work with the shipping provider to determine an appropriate resolution.

Do not dispose of packaging until instructed.

8. Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order has been handed to Australia Post or a courier, delivery is outside our control.

If your parcel is delayed or appears lost:

  • contact us as soon as possible

  • we will assist by lodging an enquiry with the carrier.

Fee Biss Art is not liable for delays caused by:

  • courier companies

  • Australia Post or Courier Companies

  • customs processing

  • severe weather

  • natural disasters

  • industrial action

  • incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.

9. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is accurate.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • additional shipping charges may apply

  • refunds cannot be guaranteed if the parcel cannot be recovered.

10. Returns & Refunds

Due to the unique nature of original artwork, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • change of mind

  • incorrect colour expectations due to monitor settings

  • ordering the wrong size.

Refunds or replacements may be offered where required under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Original Artwork

Original artworks are one-of-a-kind.

Once sold, they cannot be reproduced exactly.

Minor imperfections are considered part of the artwork's handmade nature and are not faults.

12. Prints

Print colours may vary slightly from originals.

Small variations in colour, trimming and paper texture are considered normal.

13. Copyright

All artwork remains the intellectual property and copyright of Fiona Bissett unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Purchase of artwork does not transfer copyright.

Customers may not:

  • reproduce artwork

  • scan artwork

  • create prints

  • sell reproductions

  • use artwork commercially

  • modify artwork for resale

  • create NFTs or digital reproductions.

Commercial licensing requires written permission.

14. Website Content

All website content including:

  • artwork

  • photographs

  • logos

  • graphics

  • text

  • branding

is protected by Australian copyright laws.

No material may be copied or reproduced without written permission.

15. Commissioned Artwork

Where commissioned artwork is offered:

  • quoted prices are accepted before work begins

  • deposits may be required

  • deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced

  • progress images may be supplied at our discretion

  • reasonable revisions may be included as agreed.

Custom commissioned artwork cannot be returned unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

16. Promotions

Discount codes:

  • cannot be exchanged for cash

  • may expire without notice

  • may not be combined with other offers unless stated.

17. Privacy

Personal information is collected only for:

  • processing orders

  • customer support

  • shipping purchases

  • legal and accounting requirements.

We do not sell customer information to third parties.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fee Biss Art is not liable for:

  • indirect losses

  • consequential damages

  • lost profits

  • delays beyond our control

  • courier delays

  • customs delays

  • website interruptions.

Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.

19. Force Majeure

Fee Biss Art will not be responsible for delays or failure to fulfil orders resulting from events beyond reasonable control including:

  • floods

  • fires

  • pandemics

  • transport disruptions

  • strikes

  • cyber attacks

  • government restrictions

  • natural disasters.

20. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

21. Changes to These Terms

Fee Biss Art reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

The latest version will always be available on this website.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Where goods are faulty, significantly different from their description, or fail to meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as provided by law.
